Brian moved to Cranbrook in 1975 from Vancouver where he was licensed for Real Estate in
1972. Since making the Kootenays his home, Brian has enjoyed the lifestyle and outdoor
recreation of the area together with family and raising three children.

Brian enjoys sharing his experience in marketing all types of rural and residential real estate
including ranches, recreational properties and acreage.

Brian's long experience has also given him a solid background in commercial real estate. In
1995 he earned his degree for commercial investment analysis and obtained a membership in
the commercial and investment council of the Canadian Real Estate Association.
